I'm proud to offer my services as a Full Spectrum Doula. I believe there is a need for support surrounding reproductive care as a whole. I am currently training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT) and on a path to receive certification in 2025.

Additional Offerings

  1. Baby Basics Class - In Person

    • Price: $125

    • Includes: 1 personalized session (60 minutes) on newborn care, feeding, sleep, pumping/breastfeeding, what to expect in the 4th trimester & more.

  2. Postpartum Doula Support / Newborn Care

    • Price:

      • $120 for 3 hours

      • $240 for 6 hours

    • Includes: In-home newborn care, sibling support, household tasks

  3. Overnight Doula Support

    • Price: $320 (8 hours)

    • Includes: Overnight support for parents and newborn to wake up refreshed.

  4. Additional Prenatal or Postpartum Visits 

    • Price: $30 per hour

  5. Breastfeeding/Pumping Consultation

Pregnancy & Birth Support

In my practice I provide comprehensive support that nurtures the mind, body and spirit. I strive to honor all unique paths in the birthing world and I offer an open minded and non-judgemental space for everyone. I pride myself in the level of compassionate care that I offer. I have a deep respect and honor for the birthing space and I acknowledge every birth just as important as the last. It doesn't matter if you've given birth two or ten times - each experience is beautiful, empowering and life changing. Often times our control within our experience is taken away due to the rush culture of the medical world, but I hope to give parents the reminder that we do have a choice in how we are cared for and we deserve to have the informed & peaceful birthing experience our bodies were made for.

Postpartum Support

​During this transitional period, I focus is on nurturing you as you nurture your baby. I assist in creating a supportive environment to promote healing and bonding while transitioning into what the "new normal" looks like for you. This time period is often referred to as the 4th Trimester because it's where your baby is adjusting to life outside of the womb while you're returning back to your body after a long journey of intense hormonal fluctuations, physical changes and ya know, growing & birthing an entire human. During my own first postpartum period I was truly shocked that my first care appointment was an entire six weeks after giving birth. This is just another part of my experience that made me realize the need for personalized care in the birthing space, and I have made it my mission to be the change I wish to see. I believe that quality care during this time period really sets the foundation for a happy & healthy family unit.

Baby Basics 
& Newborn Care

This is a session perfect for parents who need some extra guidance or hands-on support in the early days after birth and up to two months post partum. I offer in-person visits and virtual meetings to be an additional resource for families by providing the essential TLC that families deserve, education on general newborn care, safe sleep routines, feeding, nursing, pumping set ups and more. It can feel extremely overwhelming trying to adjust to parenthood, but this is where the importance of community comes into play! Spending time as a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician, and getting to be in hundreds of newly fresh postpartum spaces, I saw the need for a more hands on approach to learn about the intricacies of newborn life. By offering a one-on-one session in the comfort and safety of your own space, I'm able to help to build your confidence as a parent/caretaker in a personable way.
